1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy defines when and how refunds or cancellations are permitted for services or products purchased through OneDizitalz. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.


2. Applicability

This policy applies to all services, packages, or digital products (e.g. website design, digital marketing, subscriptions, consultancy) sold via our website or direct agreement, unless otherwise explicitly stated in a separate contract.


3. Cancellation by Client

Timeframe Refund / Adjustment Notes
Before service commencement Full refund (minus any transaction or administrative fees) “Service commencement” is defined as the first major work deliverable, design draft, or configuration setup
After service commencement but before final delivery Partial refund or credit (at our discretion) Refund will consider work already done, costs incurred, and deliverables submitted
After final delivery / handover No refund Once final deliverables are accepted, refunds are not available

To cancel, the client must send a written notice (email) to sales@onedizitalz.in or the contract email address.


4. Cancellation by OneDizitalz

We reserve the right to cancel a project or refuse service under certain circumstances, including:

  • Non-payment or repeated payment defaults
  • Violations of these Terms & Conditions
  • Unethical or unlawful usage of deliverables
  • If we cannot obtain necessary inputs from client within a reasonable time

In such cases, we will provide a prorated refund for undelivered work (if any) after deducting costs already incurred.


5. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
  • If the original payment method cannot accept refunds, we may issue a credit note, store credit, or alternative refund method (e.g. bank transfer), subject to mutual agreement.
  • Bank or payment gateway processing times may add extra delay beyond our control.

6. No Refund Cases / Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations (unless otherwise agreed in writing):

  1. Partial deliverables already accepted by the client
  2. After final acceptance of work
  3. For template-based work or one-time digital assets that have been delivered
  4. If the client fails to provide necessary inputs, approvals, or materials on time
  5. For down payments or deposits (unless canceled before work begins)
  6. Inconsistent changes of requirements or scope creep (unless such changes are agreed as paid extra)

7. Disputes & Disagreements

If a refund or cancellation request is disputed, we will seek to resolve the matter through discussion, mediation, or arbitration, as per the agreement or applicable law.


8. Modifications of Policy

OneDizitalz may modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new policy.
