1. Applicability / General Statement

At OneDizitalz, most of our offerings are digital deliverables and services (e.g. website design, marketing campaigns, reports, branding assets). Thus, this Shipping Policy is applicable only to physical items (if any) that are shipped — for example, branded merchandise, printed materials, swag, or gifts.

If your purchase does not include any physical shipment, this policy does not apply, and deliverables will be delivered digitally (via email, cloud storage links, or file transfer).


2. Physical Products / Printed Materials — What We Ship

If you order physical items from us (e.g. printed brochures, merchandise, signage), we offer the following:

  • Standard prints, brochures, business cards, stickers, merchandise (t-shirts, mugs, etc.)
  • Packaging with protective materials to prevent damage
  • Optional add-ons like express delivery, gift wrapping

3. Shipping Destinations & International Delivery

  • Within India: We ship to all states and Union Territories via reputable courier services (e.g. Blue Dart, FedEx, Delhivery, etc.)
  • International Shipping: Available on request. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm feasibility, cost, and customs requirements.
  • Import / Export Codes & Customs:
      • For international shipments, the sender’s and receiver’s GST / VAT / customs registration numbers may be required as per local regulations.
      • We will provide commercial invoices, packing lists, and other necessary documents for customs clearance.
      • Duties, taxes, and import/customs fees are typically borne by the recipient (unless otherwise agreed).

4. Shipping Charges & Fees

  • Shipping costs depend on destination, weight, dimensions, and courier service.
  • We may offer flat-rate shipping, free shipping thresholds, or custom quotes for large or heavy shipments.
  • Any import duties, taxes, or handling fees levied by destination country/customs will be charged to the buyer, unless included expressly in your order.

5. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates

  • For domestic shipments, typical delivery time is 3 to 10 business days (depending on location).
  • For international delivery, transit time may range 7 to 21+ business days, depending on country, customs, and courier route.
  • These are estimates only; delivery times are not guaranteed.

6. Tracking, Confirmation & Notifications

  • Once the shipment is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number and link to track the package.
  • You may receive email/SMS updates on status changes (dispatched, in transit, out for delivery, delivered).
  • Please inspect the package upon receipt. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt (with courier) and contact us immediately.

7. Insurance & Loss / Damage Claims

  • We offer optional transit insurance for high-value shipments. You may choose to purchase this coverage at checkout or via separate request.
  • In case of loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier, provided you notify us within 5 business days of estimated delivery date.
  • We require all packaging, photos of damage, and proof of value to support the claim.
  • If the claim is accepted, we may either:
      1. Replace the item(s), or
      2. Issue a refund (subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

8. Failed Deliveries, Returns & Re-shipment

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient not available, or refusal to accept, the package may be returned to us.
  • In such cases:
      • You may be charged additional shipping fees for re-shipment.
      • If you choose not to have the item re-shipped, a refund may be granted minus original shipping and return costs, per our Refund Policy.
  • For returns:
      • You must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery.
      • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with packaging intact (unless defective).
      • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

9. Exceptions & Delays

  • We are not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure, natural disasters, customs holdups, political or regulatory restrictions, or courier partner errors outside our control.
  • In such situations, we will communicate delays and work with you to find a resolution.

10. Changes to This Policy

OneDizitalz may change or update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date. By continuing to make purchases or use our service, you agree to the revised terms.
